Flights

For flight cancellations or changes, we follow the respective airline’s policy. Please ensure you have a valid reason for cancellation, as refund eligibility is based on the airline's terms.

Hotel Bookings

You may cancel your hotel booking up to 24 hours before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur charges as per the hotel’s policy.

Tourism Packages

For customized tourism packages, cancellations should be made at least 72 hours before the tour date. Refunds will be processed based on the package terms and conditions, and some tours may have non-refundable deposits.
